




#### **Position Details** At Saeta Yield, we are looking for a final-year student who wishes to start their professional career through internships in the renewable energy sector, collaborating in investment analysis, asset valuation, and market research. #### **Work Mode** Hybrid #### **Department** Corporate Development #### **Work Location** Madrid #### **Your Profile** We are seeking a final-year undergraduate or master's student in a financial-related field who wants to begin their professional career in the M\&A area. #### **Requirements** * **Education**: Completing a university degree or master’s in finance, with the possibility of signing an internship agreement. * **Languages**: Intermediate to advanced level of English (B2). * **Computer Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * **Experience**: Not required. #### **Competencies** * Teamwork, analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability and willingness to learn. #### **Responsibilities** Within the Corporate Development team, you will learn and collaborate with the team on: * Supporting tasks related to coordination/communication with internal project stakeholders, external advisors, and investors in corporate projects. * Assisting the team with Due Diligence, preparing and managing key transaction documents, and handling communication with internal teams and external advisors. * Preparing materials for the analysis and identification of M\&A opportunities, as well as other corporate development and strategic alliance opportunities. * Preparing competitor reports and market analysis. * Conducting valuations, financial and risk analysis of transactions to support decision-making. * Preparing materials on analyzed opportunities and projects. #### **Conditions** Full-time internship (flexible working hours) with a monthly study allowance of 900€. #### **Who We Are** Saeta Yield Renewable Company SL is an energy asset operator, currently fully focused on renewable generation.
