In response to our constant growth, we aim to strengthen our project by incorporating a **Quality Director** who will carry out their mission through the following responsibilities: * Lead the development of a management system that progressively integrates the various standards required according to our risk and opportunity analysis: IATF, 14001, 45000, 27001, 26262\. * Ensure continuous updating of the Integrated Management System Manual, as well as the associated procedures and instructions. * Propose objectives for the management plan, in coordination with direct collaborators. * Internally communicate quality, environmental, and safety criteria and requirements from our clients, aiming for full awareness of quality, safety, and environmental goals across the entire company. * Provide functional support to quality technicians within the area. * Lead external and internal audits of the IMS at the plant. * Analyze and identify improvement opportunities in each existing process in order to reinforce the integrated management system and increase its efficiency. Examples of improvement opportunities: + Evolve the project management culture, focusing on planning tools (APQP, FMEA and Control Plans). + Manage internal nonconformities with an orientation toward identifying failure modes and implementing preventive actions during design and development stages. + Promote customer complaint handling using the 8D methodology. + Orient management practices toward a lessons-learned and continuous improvement culture to enable more efficient planning of new projects. + Evolve and centralize the current document structure. **What are we looking for?*** Bachelor’s/University Degree.
