What is the expected outcome?**We are seeking professionals to expand our Manufacturing Technologies team, specializing in NDTs within the Static & Structures Unit. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Supporting manufacturing processes for new components, collaborating with Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling departments. * Defining and validating data packages. * Identifying and implementing necessary improvements to industrialize the product and achieve reductions in cycle time, product cost, and cost of non-conformance. * Supporting production and continuous process improvement. * Conducting internal audits (Confirmations). Supporting external audits (NADCAP, AENOR, customer-specific audits). * **What profile are we looking for?*** Education: Vocational Training Level II (FPII) or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or related field. * Required experience: At least 3 years’ experience in special processes, primarily in NDTs. * Required knowledge: \- Manufacturing processes \- Knowledge of chemical processes is desirable \- NDT Level 2 certification (preferably Liquid Penetrant Inspection [FPI], Radiographic Testing [RT], and Visual Inspection [VI]) \- Languages: English at First Certificate level or equivalent. * Desirable (but not mandatory) experience in: \- Materials (Metallography) \- General machining \- Welding processes and dimensional verification \- Product and process management software: Teamcenter, SAP * Personal skills: \- Teamwork, coordination, and communication \- Decision-making ability \- Autonomy and proactivity \- Results orientation \- Capacity for learning and adaptation \- Motivation to pursue daily improvement. **What training will you receive to perform the job?**You will receive training in: * Complementary NDT training for specific processes (brazing, pressure testing, flow check) * Manufacturing processes for static aero-engine components, managed by the Structures Engineering Department — including their function, materials, and key processes. * Product and process management tools and software.
