As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing construction projects in the region. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution. ***Responsibilities*** Coordinate and supervise all stages of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Manage and lead on-site workers, ensuring adherence to deadlines and work quality. Collaborate with design and architecture teams to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications. Continuously monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations during the process. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations at the workplace. Coordinate the hiring and management of suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status. ### **Requirements** University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience managing building construction projects. Solid knowledge of construction codes and regulations. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage work teams. Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Detail-oriented with efficient problem-solving capabilities.
