You will coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure strategic objectives are met within established timelines. Key Responsibilities * Strategic planning: Define timelines and resources required for each project, adapting to client priorities and technological advancements. * Resource management: Ensure the team has the necessary human and material resources. * Supervision and monitoring: Monitor project progress and make adjustments when necessary to ensure successful delivery. * Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. * Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members, facilitating collaboration and problem resolution. * Change management: Adapt plans and processes in response to changes in scope, priorities, or technology. * Documentation and reporting: Generate progress reports, technical documentation, and KPI and SLA reports associated with managed services. * Lead the execution of Modern Work projects and migrations to Office 365 and SharePoint Online for corporate clients. * Serve as the technical and senior escalation point during project execution. **We are looking for candidates based in Bilbao or willing to relocate to this city** **Requirements** * Office 365 project experience: Minimum of 4 years leading implementation and migration projects for services such as Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, Azure AD, and Intune. * Team management: Experience leading technical teams and consultants, as well as managing resources and talent. * Technical knowledge: Demonstrable experience in administration and configuration of Office 365 services, migrations, security, and process automation. * Ability to motivate and lead teams toward achieving goals.
