Within our operating model, Business Units (BUs) execute final client projects, while the GenAI CoE lays the foundational groundwork. Your mission will be to ensure that our BU experts have access to the best tools, reference architectures, and ready-to-use demonstration environments. You will serve as the technical guardian of the partnership, ensuring that what BUs build aligns with Inetum’s and our partner’s technology best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** **Asset and Accelerator Management:** Define and prioritize the CoE backlog for developing "Multiverse accelerators" (code templates, reusable RAG modules, pre-configured connectors) that BUs will use to deliver projects faster. Transform isolated BU success stories into standardized assets available company-wide. **Technical Governance of the AMAIA Demo Center – Multiverse:** Own the centralized demo infrastructure. Your goal is to keep the demo environment (used by Sales and the Product Manager) always operational, updated with the latest models, and efficiently configured. Ensure the environment serves as a reference "sandbox" so BU architects can test before implementation. **Continuous Benchmarking and Technical Evangelism:** Conduct ongoing evaluations (*benchmarking*) of newly released compressed models and features from the vendor. Disseminate findings across BUs: *"For this type of use case, use Model X in turbo version; for these others, use Model Y."* Be the single source of technical truth. **Level-3 Support and Best Practices:** Act as internal technical consultant for BU teams when they encounter complex blockers with the partner’s technology. Validate high-level architectures to ensure BU-proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient (FinOps). **Requirements** **Hybrid Profile:** Solutions Engineer / Technical Architect with a Product Owner mindset. * **Experience with Federated Models:** Proven ability to influence and collaborate with distributed technical teams (BUs) without direct hierarchical authority over them. * **Strong GenAI and Cloud Expertise:** Hands-on experience configuring LLM environments, vector management, and APIs. * **Platform Mindset:** You think not in terms of "how to solve one project," but rather "how to build a tool enabling 50 engineers to solve their projects." * **Communication Skills:** Ability to translate the partner’s roadmap updates into practical technical guidance for BU developers. **Key Interactions (Working Model):** **With the Product Manager (Your strategic counterpart):** The PM defines *which* market opportunities to pursue. You define *which technical tools* the CoE must provide to BUs to pursue those opportunities. **With BU Experts (Your internal "customers"):** They build the final solution ("the last mile").
