Join us!** **Job Description** ------------------------ To support the expansion of our activities in **Spain**, we are seeking an **HSE Engineer** to strengthen our team in **Madrid**. You will work on **industrial building projects**, covering both design and construction phases. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Implementing the Group’s Health & Safety policy locally on construction sites**, ensuring its consistency across projects, * **Conducting regular site audits**, identifying non-conformities, defining and tracking corrective action plans, * Advising operational teams on **work execution in accordance with HSE standards**, carrying out **site visits**, and assessing risks, * Acting as the **interface with clients, regulatory authorities, and subcontractors**, and participating in site meetings to support project teams, * Managing **HSE reporting** (KPIs, activity reports, action plans, etc.), * **Promoting a positive safety culture.** **Candidate Profile** -------------------- You hold a **Master’s degree (BAC+5) in QHSE** and have at least **8 years’ experience** in HSE roles on **large-scale, demanding, and technically complex construction projects**. Autonomous and well-organized, you demonstrate **leadership skills**. Being close to the field, you know how to build trust with all project stakeholders. **You are fluent in English and Spanish**, essential assets for operating in an international environment.
