We are currently seeking a **Construction Planning Engineer** to join an important multinational specializing in the Oil\&Gas sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Development of the **detailed construction schedule**, aligned with the project baseline. * Definition and maintenance of the **construction WBS**, including resources (quantities, productivity, and hours). * Monitoring on-site progress using **S-curves**, KPIs, and reporting. * Analysis of variances, application of **Earned Value Management (EVM)** methodology, and forecasting schedule impacts. * Proposal of corrective actions and mitigation plans. * Integration of **change orders** into scheduling and impact analysis. * Review and validation of subcontractor schedules. * Participation in client meetings and coordination with construction teams. * Development of **project acceleration or recovery plans**. * Continuous updating of the schedule based on actual progress. **What do we offer you?** * Participation in an exciting project with a leading international Oil\&Gas company. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary. * Contract through IDEA. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Roads, or related field). * \+7 years’ experience in **construction planning for industrial projects**. * Experience in the **Oil \& Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical** sectors. * Mandatory **on-site (site-based)** experience. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel)**. * Experience in planning based on **work quantities and productivity**. * Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, KPIs, critical path).
