We are seeking an administrative professional to provide support in the transportation and logistics area. Main responsibilities will include the detailed preparation of customer orders and the issuance and tracking of delivery notes for both incoming and outgoing goods. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating order deliveries, ensuring smooth communication between our plant and the various transportation agencies or carriers involved. Rigorous inventory and stock control will also be carried out to maintain efficiency. A minimum of a medium-level degree and at least two years of proven experience in similar roles are required. Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, as well as a good understanding of transport management and logistics administration is essential. The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:00, and on Fridays from 8:00 to 14:00.
