Job Summary: We are seeking a concrete pumping equipment operator capable of full operation, basic maintenance, and ensuring agility and efficiency on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commitment to safety and autonomy at work We need a person to operate concrete pumping equipment across various construction sites in Santiago de Compostela. Responsibilities will include full pump operation, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and effectively. The candidate will also perform the most basic machinery maintenance. The selected candidate must correctly start up, operate, and shut down the concrete pump truck. They will participate in pipeline assembly and disassembly at construction sites, adapting to the specific requirements of each project and client. Daily inspections for preventive maintenance will be conducted, and collaboration on minor repairs will be required. Daily documentation, such as work reports, must be completed. A strong commitment to occupational safety is essential—always using required personal protective equipment and applying best practices. The ability to organize work autonomously and collaborate effectively with the rest of the team is highly valued. A minimum of 3 years’ experience operating concrete pumping equipment is required. A valid Category C driving license is mandatory. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics is desirable to perform simple diagnostics and maintenance. We seek a candidate capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a clear focus on safety and quality in performing duties.
