Job Summary: We are seeking home support staff for household maintenance and direct user care, using support equipment as directed by professionals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct home-based care and household maintenance 2. Proper use of assistive devices and home adaptations 3. Vital position to address short-term production needs We seek personnel to perform supportive tasks in users' homes. Main duties include basic household maintenance and direct person-centered care, addressing users' physical needs. Correct use of assistive devices and home adaptations is required, following instructions from qualified professionals. For this position, candidates must hold a relevant qualification, such as a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle in Care for Dependent Persons or Auxiliary Nursing Care. Certificates of Professionalism in Home-Based Socio-Healthcare will also be valued. A valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory for travel. A temporary employment contract is offered, intended to cover short-term production needs, with a part-time working schedule of 4 hours per day. Remuneration will comply with the Collective Agreement for Home Help Services and Related Sectors of the Principality of Asturias.
