Contract type: Permanent Schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 (one hour midday break) \- Work collaboratively with the art director to support defining the artistic style of the user interface (in-game) and establish project art quality standards. \- Lead and manage a small team of UI artists, providing guidance, mentorship and support, ensuring they are engaged and empowered in their career development within the company. \- Collaborate with producers to ensure that both tactical and strategic project UI art production planning is up-to-date, accurate and continuously improving. \- Create and implement high-quality UI assets, following the artistic style required by the project. \- Support project artists in delivering content with required quality levels, workflow efficiency and scalability. \- Ensure all UI artwork is delivered according to specifications necessary to provide excellent performance on device, within established technical limits, and is created and implemented in an organized, optimized and scalable manner, allowing the game to remain a sustainable live service across a wide range of mobile devices. * Experience: 2 years.
