As a Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s identity through our garments, translating our style and values into every collection. How will you add value? * Designing collections that reflect the brand’s identity. * Conducting trend, fabric, color, and silhouette research specific to the "Man" universe. * Collaborating with pattern-making, production, and purchasing teams to ensure the technical and commercial viability of designs. * Preparing detailed technical specifications for suppliers and tracking sample development. * Proposing creative ideas that contribute to the brand’s positioning and differentiation. What do you need to work with us? * At least 3 years of experience as a menswear designer. * Solid knowledge of design, pattern-making, garment construction, and product development processes. * Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and technical specification platforms. * Ability to analyze trends, attention to detail, and a commercially oriented product vision.
