By joining this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth through analysis of key financial and operational KPIs, development of financial forecasts and business plans, and identification of business risks and opportunities. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field * 4–5 years of experience in Auditing, Advisory, Accounting, Management Control, or similar roles * Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting * Advanced Excel skills, including experience building data models * Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of business drivers and KPIs * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Conducting regular and ad-hoc financial and business analyses * Preparing the annual budget for various business units, based on historical data and inputs provided by those units * Understanding business performance and delivering detailed analysis to business units * Performing monthly closing activities * Ensuring accurate and timely information for the management team * Identifying key opportunities to maximize the efficiency of business decisions * Developing financial forecasts to support business decisions * Improving the accuracy of the company’s financial reports * Maintaining an appropriate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls * Monitoring financial information related to management control areas such as taxation, accounting, and strategy * Collaborating with Latin American teams on reviewing balance sheets, cash flow statements, and tax compliance **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of accounting processes * Familiarity with Power BI * Experience developing financial models Want to learn more?
