As a HR Generalist, you will work closely with our HRBP in the Hub to support various HR activities related with this new project. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment. **Your focus will be on supporting the fundamentals of HR:** Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR services, etc. Tasks and Responsibilities * Recruitment: Collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. * Onboarding: Ensuring that the onboarding process is carried out correctly and on time. Provide onboarding sessions to the new hires. * International Mobility: Monitor relocation processes in collaboration with our partners. * Training: Propose, coordinate and implement training programs. Managing Fundae grants. * Offboarding: attending exit interviews, when required. * Admin: ensuring excellence on database information. Giving support on ticketing. * Generate reports, analyze HR data as needed. REQUIREMENTS * A university degree in some related areas (Business, Psychology, Law, etc.) * 3 years of experience in HR * Fluent in Spanish and English (this is our working language). * Good Excel skills. * Success factors knowledge is a plus. * Proactivity and commitment to deliver results. * Flexibility.
