This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will actively participate in investment projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process standardization.**Your responsibilities** ------------------------- * Analyze and solve problems using continuous improvement methodologies, identifying and eliminating root causes. * Define and apply setting standards to ensure proper interaction between equipment and materials. * Compile technical information in manuals and ensure operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified. * Keep maintenance management systems up to date and ensure compliance. * Participate in industrialization trials on production lines. * Collaborate on investment projects: financial analysis, scheduling, CAPEX management, and timeline monitoring. * Evaluate contractor offers, lead negotiations, and prepare contracts. * Optimize production line processes, proposing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety. * Update and maintain P\&IDs and other technical documentation. **The experience we're looking for** ------------------------------------ * Higher education in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in a similar role, managing large\-scale projects in terms of cost and technical complexity. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project. * Independence, accuracy, and availability. * Action\-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize, and strong teamwork skills. * Advanced English proficiency. **The skills for success** -------------------------- Place your text here**Equality** ------------ We recognise that in real life, great people don't always 'tick all the boxes'.
