Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Engineer (Electronics) or Telecommunications Engineer to join our engineering and operations team developing communication systems integration projects for military vehicle platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participates in the design, monitoring, and coordination of engineering projects. 2. Provides technical solutions and generates product documentation. 3. Resolves technical issues and offers post-sales customer support. We seek to hire an Industrial Engineer (Electronics) or Telecommunications Engineer to join our engineering and operations team developing projects with a strong focus on communication systems integration onto military vehicle platforms at our San Agustín del Guadalix (Madrid) facilities. *Responsibilities:* * Participate in technical requirements gathering during the design phase. * Participate in monitoring requirement compliance during design and prototype integration. * Participate in coordinating tasks, resources, stakeholders, and other aspects involved in project development. * Participate in implementing and executing validation and verification test procedures for prototypes and mass-produced equipment. * Provide technical solutions and participate in their implementation. * Generate technical product documentation and procedures (maintenance, validation and verification, etc.). * Resolve technical issues identified during quality processes in production. * Participate in implementing and executing appropriate actions related to equipment warranty and maintenance. * Provide post-sales technical support to customers. *Requirements:* * Industrial Engineering (Electronics) or Telecommunications Engineering degree. * Demonstrable ability to manage and coordinate projects. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Teamwork skills. * Ability to make autonomous decisions. * Quality orientation. * Results orientation. * Customer orientation. * High sense of responsibility. *Desirable Requirements:* * Specific knowledge and experience in Integration (RF, Electrical, Command and Control) on vehicle platforms. * Prior experience measuring technical parameters of devices, equipment, and/or RF signals using laboratory equipment. * Specific knowledge and experience in equipment testing for fault diagnosis. * Specific knowledge and experience in installation and commissioning of telecommunications equipment. * Analytical thinking. * Ability to adapt quickly. * Synthesis capability. * Advisory capability. * Flexibility. * Good tolerance for pressure.
