To strengthen our Finance \& Tax team, we are seeking a Tax Specialist with strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and experience within financial departments. ***Responsibilities*** * Calculation and settlement of state taxes: IVA, IRPF, Impuesto sobre Sociedades and IVPEE. * Estimation and settlement of local taxes, including IBI, ICIO and IAE, with full control and payment management. * Management of notifications from tax authorities and preparation of documentation for responding to requests from the Agencia Tributaria or other bodies. * Monitoring of tax deadlines and fiscal obligations, ensuring full compliance. * Accounting–tax reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. * Support in the calculation of deferred tax and tax provisions. * Preparation of internal tax reports for management and internal teams. **What We Offer** * Working schedule: 9:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (1\-hour lunch paid break). * Additional company\-wide days off: 24 December and 31 December * Extra benefits linked to tenure: Birthday day off starting from the 2nd year of contract and 1 additional vacation day every 3 years at Quintas * Pension plan with company contribution. * Flexible compensation scheme. * Continuous internal training and development pathways. * Career progression within a growing international company. * Hybrid model (office \+ home working). * Access to employee benefits and internal wellbeing initiatives. **Education \& Background** * Degree in Finance \& Accountability or Business Administration and Law. * Deep knowledge of Spanish tax regulations and practical understanding of corporate taxation. * Experience working in a Finance Department (accounting, tax, reporting). **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance, reporting or similar roles. **Skills** * English level B2\. * Advanced Excel skills and strong digital competence. * High attention to detail and strong analytical capability. * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proactive, organised and able to contribute value from the start. * Ethical behaviour, confidentiality and reliability.
