Responsibilities \- Drafting Technical Reports, Annexes, and Installation Project Documentation (MEP) for Railway Stations and Ports, including sanitation, plumbing, lighting, low-voltage electricity, HVAC, ventilation, telecommunications, fire protection systems (PCI), and irrigation. * MEP system calculation and design; drafting of projects and technical specifications for railway stations and railway architecture in MEP disciplines * Technical review of installation drawings, schematics, and BIM models * Preparation of quantity take-offs, budgets, and technical specifications for installations Requirements \- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering required * Minimum two (2\) years of experience as an Industrial Engineering Technician * Minimum one (1\) year of experience in the role * Advanced proficiency in BIM / Revit * Minimum one year of experience in contracts related to transportation.
