What is the challenge? **Main responsibilities include:** Support in designing performance processes and implementing them across the Firm’s business lines, assessing their impact on professionals and how to adapt them to business workflows. Key processes you would participate in: **Evaluation processes:** including the semi-annual and annual evaluation model aligned with the Firm's competency framework and leadership model Design and implementation of an objective model tailored to overarching frameworks and aligned with the Firm's strategy Promotion of a continuous feedback culture (upward feedback, project-based feedback, etc.) Support in developing optimal career path models to ensure proper professional growth Acting as a liaison with corporate departments, business performance coordinators, and professionals, ensuring successful achievement of all objectives within the Development area Collaboration in area reporting, identifying and consolidating key indicators to continuously improve daily operations, and critically helping to re-evaluate established processes to enhance efficiency Driving the search for optimal technology to support the development of all components within the area, pursuing innovation and transformation, and helping build agile and efficient processes Support in designing and delivering training sessions on area updates and essential skills related to performance for our professionals How do we picture you? Prior experience in performance management will be valued Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology, etc. A specialized Master’s in HR is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with assertiveness and the ability to positively influence others and projects they participate in Genuine people orientation, working collaboratively with diverse individuals and building strong networks Analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of structuring complex ideas and presenting key information in impactful reports and presentations (project proposals and final deliverables) Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing and/or complex environments, prioritizing and focusing on the most relevant aspects while promoting productivity Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills.
