Within this context, we are seeking an **IT Project Manager** for the **PMO** area to lead the planning, monitoring, and control of infrastructure and cloud projects, with a focus on end-to-end service management and continuous client engagement.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or PMO professional in infrastructure and/or cloud projects.
* Technical knowledge of IT infrastructure environments and cloud architectures.
* Demonstrable experience in team management, financial management, and end-to-end service management.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies and corporate PPM tools.
* Strong communication, organizational, and client-oriented skills.
* English (C1\)
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain infrastructure and cloud project plans (schedule, milestones, dependencies).
* Manage commitments and deliverables required for KPI calculation, reporting on the status of agreed milestones.
* Manage and oversee risk and project status indicator calculations.
* Monitor and control planned versus executed budget against approved and allocated budget.
* Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate project activity execution.
* Identify changes, issues, and contingencies that may impact the project, establishing action plans and proposing solutions.
* Manage and monitor project risks, defining preventive and corrective measures.
* Create and maintain up-to-date project management documentation aligned with corporate methodology.
* Record and update required information in the corporate PPM tool within established deadlines.
* Review technical and contractual documentation from suppliers involved in project execution.
* Organize, document, and lead project progress meetings.
* Prepare documentation requested by the Project Manager, Strategic Planning, and/or Corporate PMS for committee presentations.
* Prepare necessary documentation for acquisition of hardware, software, or services related to the projects (ET, ITEO, or others).
