We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service and Request Management Technician with an officially recognized disability certificate, for an exclusive operator of the Spanish electricity system, to cover a temporary vacancy.
**Your Mission**
Handle, manage, and respond to requests from various external stakeholder groups, ensuring agile, rigorous, and quality-standard-aligned service consistent with the Foundation’s standards.
**Your Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming telephone calls.
* Address requests from external stakeholders received through the service’s various entry channels.
* Manage requests originating from the Shareholder Assistance Office, especially during the period preceding the General Shareholders’ Meeting.
* Register all requests in the corporate application.
* Respond to requests using established response templates, technical knowledge, publicly available information, and corporate information accessible on the website.
* Escalate requests that cannot be resolved at first instance to the corresponding organizational unit.
* Conduct end-to-end follow-up of each request until closure, ensuring proper documentation within the system.
* Update and maintain service work materials (response templates, operating guidelines, and keyword dictionary).
* Serve as liaison with area managers to resolve queries and propose service improvements.
* Identify opportunities to improve service processes and operations.
* Participate in meetings with various organizational units for service coordination and optimization.
* Review and verify closed files to ensure correct classification and documentation.
* Occasionally handle requests originating from other corporate channels.
**What We Offer**
* Temporary contract (Interinidad) to cover a long-term leave.
* Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00; alternating Fridays, either 08:00–15:00 or 11:00–18:00.
* Hybrid working mode: 3 days remote, 2 days in office (located in Vicálvaro).
* Location: Vicálvaro.
* Salary: €20,500 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.
**Requirements:**

* Academic qualification: minimum high school diploma (Bachillerato) and/or higher education degree.
* Officially recognized disability certificate (minimum 33% disability rating).
* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Person with appropriate, pleasant, and courteous demeanor.
* Fluent English (valuable, especially for telephone conversations).
