At Grupo PROEDUCA, we are seeking a **Final Degree Project (TFE) Technician for the Faculty of Health Sciences**. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Coordinate training for supervisors and academic coordinators on TFE tools and processes (Canvas, Turnitin, Adobe Connect). Establish key dates in the academic calendar according to institutional procedures. * Supervise forms, authorizations, submissions, and possible extensions. Review TFE virtual classrooms: guidelines, rubrics, protocols, and submission deadlines. * Ensure compliance with TFE regulations and proper implementation. Address and manage technical incidents related to assignments, committees, submissions, or proposal reviews. * Coordinate with various involved departments (mentoring, TAP, defenses, etc.). * Participate in co-direction, review, and approval of student projects, as well as in the management of honors enrollments. * Serve on the proposal review committee, ensuring adherence to established procedures. **What are we looking for?** * University degree and/or Higher Vocational Training qualification in fields such as: Administration, Health Sciences, Education, or Academic Management. * Prior experience in administrative or academic management is desirable. * Familiarity with and proficiency in online academic management tools. **What do we offer?** ✅ Permanent contract and professional development opportunities within a continuously growing educational group.
