We are seeking a Technical Drafter to join the projects department of a construction and engineering company located in Alcobendas (Madrid). **Main responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of technical drawings for architecture, structures and installations. * Development of construction details and "as built" drawings. * Support to the technical team in measurements, budgets and site documentation. * Coordination with engineers, architects and site managers for proper project execution. * Management and archiving of technical documentation. Requirements: * Training in technical drawing, building or similar (vocational training or medium/higher level degree). * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, ArchiCAD or BIM software will be valued. * Knowledge of technical regulations and ability to interpret drawings. * Responsible, organized person with teamwork skills.
