Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with reprography experience to prepare, reproduce, and distribute academic materials, validate drawings, and manage documentary archives. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and distribution of academic materials We need personnel with reprography experience to work in Villaviciosa de Odón. Main responsibilities will include preparing, reproducing, and delivering materials—especially those related to academic examinations, including both regular and makeup exams. This involves handling and organizing a large volume of documents, ensuring correct printing and timely delivery. In addition to reproduction, drawing validation will be required, which entails thorough review of their content and format to ensure accuracy. These drawings will also be archived, maintaining an organized system to facilitate subsequent retrieval and ensure effective document management. Immediate availability is required for this position, which is a temporary contract covering a leave of absence. Candidates with their own vehicle for commuting to the university campus will be preferred. Training hours will be Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00\. After training, working hours will shift to morning shifts, from 09:00 to 13:30\. Previous experience in reprography. Immediate availability to start. A personal vehicle is considered an advantage.
