As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Configuration Management Engineer** for strategic defense projects.
**What will you do?**
As a **Configuration Management Engineer**, you will be the key player in ensuring the integrity of our products in critical projects. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Preparing the **Configuration Management Plan** and supporting the definition of the **product tree**.
* Defining **baselines** and performing rigorous configuration control.
* Justifying configuration both internally and to **external partners and customers**.
* Comprehensive management of all **project-related documentation**.
* Attending international meetings to provide technical and managerial support.

We seek a professional with a methodical mindset and strong communication skills who brings:
* **Solid experience:** 1–2 years working in Configuration Management, preferably in high-demand environments such as **Defense or Avionics**.
* **Technical competence:** Proficiency in identifying and controlling **Configuration Items (CIs)** and product definition methodologies (ICAs, IPFs, REEF).
* **International profile:** Fluency in **English (advanced level)**, with real ability to conduct technical conversations with international customers.
✅ **Mandatory requirements:**
* **Qualification:** Engineering degree (or equivalent technical education).
* **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in similar roles involving document and configuration management.
* **Languages:** Advanced English (conversational proficiency mandatory).
* **Knowledge:** Familiarity with applied Product Configuration methodologies (IECs).
✅ **Desirable requirements:**
* Prior specific experience in the **Defense or Aerospace** sector.
* Knowledge of **Product Life Cycle Development** tools.
* Self-management capability and prior experience in direct interaction with strategic customers and partners.

**What does our selection process look like?**
