**Responsibilities – Waiter / Bartender (Bataburra)** * Preparation and service of cocktails, drinks, and beverages at the bar and in the dining area. * Preparation and plating of consumable items. * Customer service, advising guests on the menu and delivering a thoughtful experience. * Table service when required. * Maintaining order and cleanliness of the bar, utensils, and work area. * Restocking inventory and performing basic stock control. * Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Assisting with opening and closing procedures (mise en place and cleanup). * Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service operations.
