Opportunity to work on tender preparation for new projects. ### **Responsibilities** * Review drawings and technical documentation for residential building projects. * Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, performing technical and economic comparisons. * Prepare technical and economic studies for projects, including detailed measurements. * Prepare comprehensive budgets and technical reports for construction works. * Analyze construction solutions and optimize costs during the study phase. * Coordinate with various technical departments to ensure feasibility and quality of proposals. * Participate in tender and proposal preparation for new projects. ### **Requirements** * Degree in **Building Engineering** or equivalent qualifications. * Minimum **5 years’ experience in residential building studies**. * Proficiency in **Revit, BIM, and AutoCAD**. * Solid knowledge of measurement, budgeting, and cost analysis in construction. * Experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Availability to work in a hybrid model (**1 remote working day per week**).
