We are seeking a **Project Manager**, with construction experience, for our large-scale project: a Data Center in Zaragoza, located in the Puerto Venecia area. **Your missions (if you choose to accept them):** * Manage all phases of the data center construction project. * Ensure everything proceeds according to plan: timelines, budget, and quality. * Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Identify and mitigate risks. * Prepare progress reports and present project status updates. **What do we expect from you?** * At least 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction sector. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Solid knowledge of planning, resource management, budgeting, and cost control. * Advanced level of English (you will lead meetings with the client). * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Presto, etc.). **We offer:** * A highly positive work environment, * Competitive salary. * Professional growth and career development within an expanding company. * Additional benefits and a collaborative, professional work environment.
