





**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, is seeking to hire 1 Administrative Technical Officer to provide support in the General Services area in the Community of Madrid. **Work Location** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Administrative support. * Data consultation and entry in PeopleSoft and other corporate applications. * Preparation of reports using Excel and Word. * Contract monitoring. * Internal and external administrative procedures arising from administrative management. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Candidates must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Completion of a Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Advanced Vocational Training (CFGS) program in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least one year of professional and/or academic experience performing administrative tasks. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Word and Excel (to be verified during the technical interview). **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). ### **Prior Experience** * One to two years of experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as PeopleSoft or SAP (professional and/or academic experience). * One to two years of administrative experience within public administration and/or public enterprises (professional and/or academic experience). * One to two years of experience entering information into databases (professional and/or academic experience). * One to two years of experience preparing reports in Word and Excel (professional and/or academic experience). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 5 months, extendable up to a maximum total of 12 months, if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
