Responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as supplier invoice processing and filing, reception duties, sending mailings, billing, order management, supporting client meetings, and telephone support. Candidates must hold a vocational qualification (Intermediate or Higher Level) in Administration and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email applications is essential, as is the ability to draft letters and meeting minutes. A valid driver's license and knowledge of English are considered advantageous. An indefinite contract and full-time schedule are offered. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30, and Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00\. Salary is determined according to the applicable collective agreement, and the position is located in central Madrid.
