Issuance of invoices and use of computer tools We are looking for an administrative assistant profile focused on the sales area to join a company in Fuenlabrada (Madrid). Main responsibilities will include managing buying and selling processes within the industrial supply sector, preparing detailed budgets, processing delivery notes, and issuing invoices. A vocational training qualification is essential, along with a minimum of one year of prior experience in similar positions, and possession of a valid driver's license plus a personal vehicle for business travel. Proficiency in computer tools such as SAGE, Excel, and Outlook will be considered a strong advantage. The offer includes an indefinite-term contract with a part-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, mornings from 9:00 to 14:00. Remuneration will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
