Exciting projects with direct business impact for personal growth **Company Description** We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager \- Consumer Financing Strategy** **(f/m/x)** to join our Financing \& Value\-Added Services Team, that is responsible for financing, insurances and aftersales services for all the 9 markets where Autohero is currently operating. Your role will consist in pushing forward our consumer financing performance, development of new offerings and to help drive innovative consumer finance solutions that make purchasing pre\-owned cars easier than ever. Everything you do has direct business impact * Design and execute exciting projects, partially from the ground up, and play a crucial part in turning ideas into concrete offerings * Your future is important to us, which is why we have an above\-average corporate pension plan to top it off * We offer discounts on well\-known brands like Flaconi, Bosch, Apple and Sky, as well as special offers on used cars for you, your family and your friends **Job Description** * Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers * Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models * Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings * Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions * Use data\-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience * Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners **Qualifications** * Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time\-sensitive deadlines * Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing) \- working for a captive or independent car financing provider, preferably with international scope * Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation * Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high\-level stakeholders at international scale. Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics.
