You will join our Payroll Outsourcing department — a collaborative team operating with rigor, approachability, and a service-oriented mindset within a Great Place to Work–certified company. Your main responsibilities will include: * Validating and uploading data and incidents into the payroll system. * Performing payroll calculations across various modalities. * Preparing reports, documentation, and client deliverables. * Managing social security contributions, IRPF (Personal Income Tax), and related administrative procedures. * Resolving client inquiries and supporting clients throughout labor-related processes. * Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for the department. * Providing functional support during system implementations or enhancements, as required. Requirements Job Requirements: * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) in Administration and Finance or equivalent qualification. * Solid knowledge of payroll processing, IRPF, and Social Security regulations. * Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Excel skills. Additional assets: Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or similar field; B2-level English; experience with expatriate payroll and/or flexible compensation schemes.
