International communication (English B2) in a dynamic environment We are looking for a payroll professional with experience to join the Talent and Human Resources team in Coslada. The role involves full management of the payroll process—from calculation to tax and social security contribution settlements—for both the headquarters and various regional offices. The selected candidate will participate in national-level projects, collaborating with diverse teams and contributing to the definition of compensation and benefits policies. Prior experience in payroll management is essential; experience in the logistics sector is ideal. A solid understanding of labor, tax, and social security legislation is required. Accuracy and regulatory compliance in payroll processes will be highly valued. Strong communication skills with international offices are also required, necessitating English proficiency at B2 level. We seek an organized, proactive, and team-oriented individual ready to grow professionally within a dynamic environment. Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management. Proficiency in social security regulations, taxation, and statutory filings. Experience with Meta4 software; SAP experience is a plus. English B2 level for communication with international offices.
