Main responsibilities: - Repair of computer equipment and small household appliances. - Diagnosis of faults in computer equipment and small household appliances. - Installation, configuration and testing of components. - Preventive and corrective maintenance. - Direct customer service at store/workshop: reception, follow-up and delivery of equipment. - Basic advice on product usage and maintenance. - Other activities related to the position. Requirements: - Solid knowledge of Electronics. - Hardworking person. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles. - Be over 45 years old at the time of hiring. - Registered as a job seeker at public employment services. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Positive attitude, empathetic and customer-oriented. - Basic proficiency with computer tools such as Excel, Word, Google Sheets. - Immediate availability to start.
