We lead the development of cutting-edge technological solutions that reinforce national and international security, within an industrial environment where innovation, advanced simulation, and manufacturing excellence are key to developing complex defense systems. **Join our Simulation team!** We are looking for an Electromechanical Industrialization Engineer to join our team, participating in the industrialization of complex systems within simulation environments, ensuring proper transition from design to production. **What will you do?** You will participate in the industrialization of electromechanical products within the Simulation area. You will ensure correct integration of mechanical, electronic, and software systems within manufacturing environments. You will analyze production processes, proposing improvements in manufacturing, assembly, and integration. You will interpret mechanical, electrical drawings and technical schematics for correct implementation in production. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. You will guarantee compliance with quality standards across all process stages. You will work with management tools such as ERP, MRP, and PLM for production and industrialization tracking. **What are we looking for in you?** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of what we’re seeking.
