Your mission will be to convert large volumes of data into clear and actionable insights that support decision-making, process optimization, and overall business performance. **Requirements** * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses using tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, and Excel** * Identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities * Prepare advanced reports aligned with KPIs and project requirements * Maintain, update, and ensure the quality of documentation and reports in tools such as **SharePoint and Office365** * Identify data patterns and propose corrective actions or optimization opportunities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete actions * Ensure compliance with internal standards for reports and dashboards * Present analyses, conclusions, and relevant information to internal teams and management * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of analyzed data * Propose continuous improvements in processes, methodologies, and analysis workflows **Requirements** **Knowledge and Skills** * Communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams * Problem-solving approach for complex issues * Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines * Proficiency in **Tableau, Power BI, and Excel** * Knowledge of data management systems, data mining, ETL processes, and automated reporting * Competence in statistical analysis and performance modeling * Experience with automation tools (**RPA**) is a plus * Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable) **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent qualification **Experience** * Proven prior experience as a Data Analyst **Languages** * Native Spanish * **English B2** (written and spoken) **Additional Information** **What We Offer** * **Permanent position** with an **indefinite contract from day one**. * **Remote work policy** allowing up to **50% of monthly working hours** after the adaptation period. * Join a **large team of professionals** within an established international company. * Gain a **global perspective of the automotive sector**, interacting with customers, suppliers, consultants, and dealerships. * Salary: **23\.000\-28\.000** gross euros per year. * Access to **MSX Bazaar**, the collective purchasing portal offering significant employee discounts. * Option to enroll in the **Flexible Compensation Plan** (health insurance, transport card, meal card, training, etc.). * **23 working days of vacation** per year according to collective agreement plus 3 days for each full year worked. * Additional incentives for **internal referral programs**, internal trainers, identification of new business opportunities, etc. Do you believe you are the ideal candidate for this role?
