MISSION: Execute and manage daily HR operations for assigned hotels according to role-specific competencies and in alignment with company policies, processes, and tools related to people management—always focused on ensuring a positive experience for employees and candidates throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and manage the **daily Human Resources operations** for assigned hotels, ensuring an excellent employee and candidate experience throughout their entire lifecycle. * Act as an **HR Business Partner**, providing close support to hotel leadership, Heads of Departments, and teams on people-related matters, performance, development, and workplace climate. * Manage and support **talent and employer branding initiatives**: recruitment and selection, internships, employer branding campaigns, employer-focused CSR, and KPI tracking. * Coordinate and implement **training, onboarding, inductions, and talent development initiatives**, ensuring compliance with training plans and proper use of corporate tools. * Drive **culture, values, internal communication, and employee engagement**, including workplace climate, performance, recognition, and employee well-being. * Ensure compliance with **Occupational Risk Prevention policies**, health and safety regulations, coordinating audits, inspections, training, and preventive measures. * Manage **personnel administration and labor relations**: hiring, payroll, employment documentation, inspections, disciplinary procedures, and support during restructurings. * Ensure accurate **employee data management**, organizational structure maintenance, and digitalization of HR processes. * Support **departmental financial management**, budget control, and objective tracking. * Ensure correct implementation of **brand standards and customer experience**, collaborating with other hotel/center departments. ### **Requirements** **Education and Training** * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or related field**, with specialization in Human Resources. **Languages** * Local language (according to center location). * **Advanced English proficiency** (mandatory). **Knowledge and Skills** * Understanding of **hotel operations**. * Proficiency in both **Soft & Hard HR areas**: + Recruitment and selection + Training and development + Labor relations + Workplace climate + Employer & Personal Branding * Familiarity with tools such as **SuccessFactors, MyPlace, or SAP** is desirable. * Experience with **job platforms** (LinkedIn, InfoJobs, etc.) is desirable. * Experience interacting with **employee committees**. **Key Competencies** * Strategic business-oriented mindset. * Ability to **lead and manage teams**. * Skill in **project implementation**. * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented capabilities. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience in a similar HR role**. **At Meliá, everyone is VIP** *At Meliá Hotels International, we champion* ***equal opportunities*** *for* ***women and men*** *in the workplace, backed by leadership commitment and guided by our Human Resources policies.
