Immediate start We are looking for an administrative assistant for a transportation company located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). The position involves documentation and billing tasks related to daily shipments. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with an afternoon schedule from Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM\. The remuneration will be €2,000 gross per month, paid in 12 installments. Immediate start is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook—is required. A vocational qualification in Administrative Management (Intermediate Level) or equivalent, or a higher vocational qualification in Transport and Logistics, is preferred. Knowledge or experience in the logistics and transportation sector, as well as possession of a valid driver's license, will also be considered advantageous.
