Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Controller for the Finance team, responsible for economic-financial analysis, management reporting, and budget support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Join the Finance team. 2. Conduct analysis and ensure the reliability of economic-financial information. 3. Support in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets. **Description:** ---------------- We offer a Financial Controller position to join the Company’s Finance team. Immediate hiring, permanent contract, full-time schedule, and remuneration commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: * Conduct analysis and collect necessary economic\-financial and management information for the Group to ensure its reliability and accuracy. * Perform analyses required to prepare individual and consolidated management reports for the Company, as well as any other analyses defined by management according to corporate needs (e.g., monitoring of non-financial debt, tracking of investments/reinvestments, development portfolio, land management dashboard…). * Identify, design, and implement continuous improvement measures for management information. * Prepare reports, analyze, and monitor key management indicators periodically and proactively, both at the Company level and at a detailed level, to support decision-making. * Provide support to organizational departments in both preparing annual budgets and year-end forecasts, delivering criteria and foundations that guarantee their validity and usefulness through prior analysis. * Review monthly compliance with the annual budget and supervise (prior to approval) any budget changes, as well as monitor year-end forecast estimates. * Provide internal/external support (Executive Committee, Company departments, and auditors) regarding the Company’s analytical information. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * 5\-10 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of the real estate sector is desirable. * Proficiency in Office/Excel and SAP. * Knowledge of Power Pivot and BI is highly desirable. * Strong analytical capability.
