Culture of respect, trust, and inclusion **Requirements:** * Degree in Tourism or Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) of 1–2 years. * Experience in attention and service to luxury customers. * Must speak fluent English (other languages are valued). * Communication skills are required for appropriate interaction with customers and other team members. * Flexible working hours. * Must be an active person who stays informed about events happening in the city and the local area. As Hostess, you will provide an efficient and courteous welcome service to guests at the Restaurant. * Responsible for achieving the highest possible guest satisfaction during their stay by adhering to InterContinental service standards and departmental standard operating procedures, delivering the highest level of professional and personalized service. * Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, coordinating hotel services with the relevant department.
