Job Summary: Coordinate and manage branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning and high-quality patient service, while overseeing logistics, inventory, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: 1. We manufacture and supply medical gases; we develop, install, maintain equipment and propose essential solutions for their proper use. In addition, we have a large team of experts and professionals who have an in\-depth knowledge of our customers' needs. **How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?** Managing the planning, control, and execution of branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning through oversight of logistics, maintenance of patient equipment, inventory and warehouse management, fleet management, monitoring of technological tools assigned to healthcare personnel or installers, and supervision of staff compliance with procedures and safety regulations. To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: * Planning, controlling, and managing branch operations to ensure smooth functioning. * Guaranteeing the quality of service delivered to branch patients, in coordination with all process stakeholders at the branch level. * Coordinating activities carried out by home-care routes, consultations (Inspira Points), and telephone follow-ups. * Inventory management, coordination of warehouse and workshop activities. * Management of the branch’s vehicle fleet. * Supporting the administrative coordination activities performed by the Regional Operations Manager or Branch Director. * Providing and ensuring availability of necessary materials for patient care. * Monitoring and managing reports and KPIs. * Compliance with workplace tool usage guidelines. * Supervising staff compliance with safety regulations and work procedures. **Are you a MATCH?** Education: You must hold a university degree and/or higher vocational training qualification (official certificate required). Experience: Proven experience in team management (team of more than five people) is essential. Other competencies: Strong adaptability to change, commitment to internal/external customers, and leadership skills.
