You will manage and organize patient flow, contributing to delivering an agile and efficient service. You will carry out corresponding billing processes and other administrative functions aimed at ensuring the proper delivery of the assigned service. What will be your duties and responsibilities? * Ensure correct administrative identification of patients. * Be precise and conscientious in handling cash and collecting payments from private patients, as well as requesting necessary authorizations from various insurance companies, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and procedures where applicable. * Resolve any conflicts arising from performed activities, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. * Appropriately schedule appointments and/or tests per medical request. * Book services following established service criteria, and record all urgent services not requiring prior appointments. * Process authorizations when required. * Accurately control and manage cash-handling and collection tasks. * Prepare documents for billing according to established workflows.
