Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for a pharmaceutical packaging manufacturing plant, operating automated machinery and packaging systems with quality control and team collaboration. Team collaboration and support for internal logistics We require staff for a packaging and labeling manufacturing plant located in Móstoles, primarily focused on the pharmaceutical sector. The position is full-time under a temporary contract, following a weekly rotating shift system alternating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday to ensure continuous production. Daily responsibilities include operating automated machinery and packaging systems, performing thorough quality control to comply with industry standards. Close collaboration with other team members is essential to achieve daily targets, including supporting internal logistics and supplying materials to production lines. Adherence to safety protocols and maintaining an orderly and clean workstation are required to ensure an efficient working environment. Previous experience in industrial environments is preferred, especially in sectors such as cardboard manufacturing, graphic arts, or production. A valid forklift operator license is required. Full availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Proactive attitude, commitment to safety and quality standards, and ability to work effectively in a team.
