




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional to manage personnel requests, coordinate interventions, handle billing, and provide administrative support within a respectful and innovative environment. Work environment based on respect, empathy, and innovation. We are looking for a candidate for an administrative position in Alcalá de Henares. Main responsibilities will include receiving and managing personnel requests, coordinating coverage both internally and through external consulting firms, always with the approval of department directors. You will be responsible for scheduling professionals' interventions and maintaining smooth communication with teams to share shift information, resolve queries, and address incidents. You will also handle project and external professionals' billing, service follow-up, and provide administrative support for internship management. A full-time permanent contract is offered, with immediate start. Working hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including a lunch break and some flexibility.
