




Our company is seeking to incorporate into its team a **Trainer with a disability of 33% or higher**, to develop and deliver training programs for specialist call center agents at our facility located in Seville. **What do we offer?** * Employment contract with fixed salary * Full initial training provided by the company * Dynamic team and positive working environment * Integration into a stable company * Registration with social security * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training **What are we looking for?** * Availability for travel and flexible working hours * Experience in training and/or conducting workshops * Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish * Commitment to social causes * Willingness to learn and work as part of a team * Communication skills and ability to work with diverse groups * Proficiency in using computer applications * Enthusiasm and commitment to the company **Your responsibilities will include:** * Developing training plans to build staff competencies required according to their job profile. * Preparing and monitoring onboarding processes for new personnel to facilitate their integration within the company. * Training agents in the use of the platform. * Training agents in management guidelines outlined in the Code of Conduct Manual, as well as disciplinary rules specified in the Internal Regulations; additionally, keeping them informed of any updates made to these documents. * Promoting and delivering internal and online training sessions to reinforce or improve employee performance in their roles and in direct customer service. * Planning and implementing training in coordination with Call Center Management—specifically, reviewing the training content with the immediate supervisor of the individuals being trained. * Preparing analyses of production results from personnel participating in training sessions, along with corresponding reports. * Participating in administrative tasks related to organizing candidate documentation, generating files for various departments, and archiving. **Position Details:** * 100% on-site work * Monday to Friday schedule, 8-hour workday * Only candidates with a disability certificate indicating 33% or higher disability * Experience as a trainer, or in teaching courses or workshops, will be valued * Immediate hiring Job type: Full-time Salary: €18,000.00 - €18,100.00 per year Benefits: * Possibility of indefinite contract Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Afternoon shift Application questions: * Do you have a Disability Certificate?
