Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategic plans, quality systems, internal processes, and cross-cutting projects aimed at maximizing social impact. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** **Strategic Planning** Coordinate the development, execution, and monitoring of the organization’s Strategic Plan. Align departments and programs with strategic objectives and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Deploy the Strategic Plan across Delegations and monitor its implementation. Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and institutional improvement. **Quality Management and Assurance** Design and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO, EFQM). Develop protocols, procedures, and indicators for all programs. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits. Oversee compliance with regional, national, and European regulations. **Impact Assessment and Measurement** Develop the results framework and performance indicators. Coordinate internal and external program evaluations. Prepare impact reports, learning summaries, and continuous improvement reports. **Risk Management and Compliance** Implement the institutional Risk Map. Ensure compliance with internal policies (child protection, transparency, data protection, equality, occupational risk prevention, etc.). **Innovation, Analysis, and Organizational Development** Analyze sectoral data and trends to inform decision-making. Promote social innovation projects and process improvements. Advance digital tools for internal efficiency (CRM, dashboards, etc.). **Documentary Oversight and Reporting** Analyze comparative data collected from management and intervention activities. Prepare quality manuals, procedures, indicators, annual reports, and technical reports. Review and improve the Association’s documentation and that of its various Delegations. Draft reports for Boards of Directors, funders, and public administrations. Prepare reports and studies conducted by the organization. **Internal Coordination and External Partnerships** Collaborate with program directors, finance, HR, communications, and volunteer departments. Represent the organization in sectoral working groups, platforms, and networks. **Profile:** **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in social sciences, public administration, economics, quality management, or related fields Training in quality management systems: ISO and EFQM Knowledge of strategic planning, evaluation, and management methodologies **EXPERIENCE** Minimum three years’ experience in similar roles, preferably within NGOs. **COMPETENCIES** Strategic thinking.
