At DXC Spain, we are seeking a **Project Manager** to join our large **Consulting** team. We seek a Technical Project Manager with experience in enterprise application development and the ability to coordinate highly technical teams. The ideal candidate combines leadership, functional vision, and a solid technological foundation to act as the liaison between the client and the development team. **Requirements:** Proven experience (* 5 years) in technical project management for application development or integration projects. * Technical background in development with solid knowledge of Java, React, Oracle, and microservice architectures. * Ability to understand complex functional processes and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with client-side departments. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and management tools (Jira, Confluence). * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Prior experience in complex financial or corporate environments is desirable. * PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL certifications are valuable. * Experience with CI/CD, service integration, and cloud environments is desirable. * **Consulting experience will be highly valued**, including participation in advisory or technology transformation projects, with the ability to integrate into consulting teams and contribute cross-functional insight beyond operational delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical teams (developers, analysts, architects) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of requirements. * Translate client functional needs into viable technical solutions. * Lead client relationships, manage priorities, and report on project progress. * Oversee implementation of applications built on modern architectures (microservices, APIs, etc.). * Ensure integration across technical layers (Java, React, Oracle) and functional coherence of the system. * Collaborate with client functional teams during analysis, design, and validation phases. **What You’ll Find at DXC:** * Professional development. * Cutting-edge projects with market-leading clients. * An excellent working environment. * Flexibility and work-life balance. * Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in the IT sector. * Access to DXC Learning and official certifications. * Social and responsible commitment. * Stable employment. * Social benefits.
