Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer for machinery procurement and implementation, process optimization and problem resolution, supporting our international production network. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement and commissioning of PAS machinery 2. Process optimization and problem resolution 3. Benefit from numerous career opportunities within an internationally established organization. **Job Description** * Procurement and commissioning of PAS machines including dispensers, pick-and-place systems, silicone injection machines, thermoplastic injection machines, dies, molds, and other mechanical processes in the area. * Process optimization and compliance with technical specifications (materials, failures and micro-stoppages of machines, tooling, consumables, machine technical availability, scrap, inventory deviations, additional material consumption). * Problem resolution and custom programming using vision tools. * Optimization of cycle times, scrap, repair times, and incidents. * Installation of HW & SW, knowledge and use of MES. Application of Industry 4.0 tools in processes and area testing. * Coordination with product development and process development departments for specification management, design optimization, and overall company Know-How. * Support to IPN where we serve as the lead plant. **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering with Mechanical specialization. * Language skills: Advanced English (B2–C1 level) and, preferably, intermediate German (B2 level). * Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and data analysis using commercial tools. * Flexibility and ability to adapt to new tasks and learning. * Willingness to travel and undertake assignments abroad.
